Its the fourth day of CNY now.. i dun feel any excitement on New Year eve at all... stress may be?

As each day passess, the fear in me became greater.. because i know exams are nearing...

i couldnt get any information into my head.. and mocks is coming in 11 days time...

i just get very irritated nowadays when i couldnt get anything into my head..

hmmmm... Its the start of a brand new year !!! everything seems so fast.. i jus feel like taking my year 1 exams recently and now... another one coming soon... in 4 mths time !! grrrrrrrrr....

2009 was the best year of my life in terms of studies and band.. i think i've nv study so hard in my life before.. and the result was rewarding... for band.. i've been exposed to many experiences thru performances and competitions..

i hope this year will be even better for me and all my friends !

had fun during swsy band practice today.. i think i'm the one who started ! lol... cos valerie and jonathan both are wearing the same kind of colour as the file we used to store our music scores..
i merely started the joke and jonathan extended it ! the 3 of us couldnt stop laughing.. melvin was funny too when he asked for volunteers to help out in the committee...

today there's no 1st flute.. so while we were 'arguing' with each other who shld play, we decided that we take turns instead.. haha..

Only left two more weeks to the end of 2009.. which means i only left two more weeks to revise as much as i can.. now working on the summary for adverse possession.. hope to complete registered land 2002, co-ownership, proprietary estoppel and mortgages within this period of time.. and most importantly... i'm one year older in two weeks time ! :(

had a great performance tdy with alot of fun within the flute section.. and of cos special thanks to shi yee for taking nice photos of me on stage !!! sooo sweet of her....

Decided to blog after sooo long... suddenly i thought of my results... its been one hard year for me.. i still remembers voices like " can u dun go to sch? " This is what i heard one day before class starts....

But now... one year later i've make it ! i'm glad i hold on to my decision that time and fight for what i wan.. if nt.. i will never get here..

Synopsis:

SWS Youth Winds collaborates with the students and lecturers of the Dip. in IMI programme at Temasek Polytechnic for the second instalment of the Press Play series. While the musicians from SWS Youth Winds are hard at work practicing the music, the students from TP are working equally hard on their animation / flash presentations which are designed to synchronise with live music to be performed by the musicians - thus creating yet another dimension in the concert-going experience.

Went back to my secondary school yesterday for Teacher's Day Celebrations... Actually i was more to seeing my teachers rather than the concert... waited for abt 1 hr plus before the concert ended and manage to caught Mdm Sharifah while she's walking out of the hall... However, before that did saw people who i dun like to see at all and pple who dun hv an manners at all ! Well... i dun give a damn cos i'm no longer the girl they all knew me as...

Had a chat with Mdm Sharifah outside the office... short but sweet! Went to see Mrs Shama for awhile too...overall was ok.. jus some sarcastic remarks from some pple but i manage to shut them up by saying "I"M DOING LAW NOW! " Haha! Finally... been waiting for this day for sooooo long... especially for people who look down on me!

Took some photos before practice started today! Actually it wasnt me.. Shi Yee started it first.. so i just simply stand there and ask her to take a photo of me.. was about 5mins late for practice but when we reach there only few of us.. only officially started warm up like 30 mins later... i got a shock today! There's total of 8 flute players today! so cool la.... everytime in bands instructors would say "FLUTES LOUDER PLSSS" but today... "LESSER FLUTES PLSSSS" =.=''' ... And i always have shortage of flute players in my band.. hmmm.. the full strength is 9 flute members.. one is missing today!

Quite happy today.. cause we played "reflections" as warm up then followed by "And the multitude with one voice spoke, Noah's Ark, Art in the Park, 1712 Overture".. The last two was bad for me.. only played like half of the song! Really need to brush up all my running notes.. have 3 weeks to do that ! Cause next sun is National Day and the sun after that will be Kim Seng WInd Symphony Esplanade performance! Scary!

Anyway, suppose to get those mp3 recording from Mr Rasull just now but i didnt.. cos didnt had my thumbdrive with me... i want 1712 overture and art in the park! i'm missing out this two... now can only practice through online recordings...

Anyway, i thought of telling my aunt today that there is no class till sep... But i've changed my mind.. she may be in good mood today but when she's in a bad mood, nothing good comes out.. and it really happen! lol.. i guess i just have to continue pretending...

Everyday thinking about where shld i go..If really no choice.. i think i will just go for Fuchun band practice on Mon and Thursdays for next week.. thn friday is the performance alrdy.. thn Tue go out with HJ and wed may be go Outram Band practice... only this way to keep myself pack.. but its a waste of money... and i cant stay home to practice my pieces for SWSY.... lucky next sun is National Day and the following sun i have performance.. so won't be going for practice for 2 weeks..

Been listening to my performance live recording for the past few days... keep repeating and repeating that 10 songs.. i simply just loooveee it !

Was told by Mr Refat that Outram Secondary cancelled their performance plans for National Day Celebration but.... Fuchun decided to have one! This time round is so special... instead of having all the performing groups up on stage, they are station in different areas of the school.. so... instead of "performers going to the audience", it became "audience making their way to different parts of the school to watch them perform".. This is mainly due to the H1N1 flu.... However, its something new to me though.. =.=

Don't know whether should i guest play or not.... if i go, not only to play for the band but also to 'hunt' for Mdm Ruzana! i simply missessssssss her... she has been sooooo nice to me even though she had never taught me before! ~Strict and Nice~ Didnt get to see her during my trip down to Fuchun secondary the other day..

hmmm..... should i or should i not??????

Just received an sms from Mr Lim yesterday... ahhhhh shyt! Because of Shi Hwee, i 4got to take the genting form from him.... Mr Goh said this to me today.. i find it so sweet of him.. lost contact with him for some time and only manage to found his number yesterday when my previous phone has been repaired..

But i know i will never complete it within this 3 days... cos i'm already struggling like hell... got the running notes but i just cant play it in actual tempo.... Nevertheless, i will do what i can for the remaining days..

Took some photos today! I really looovee the ones with Ms Sabrina! Cos we seems to be wearing almost the same kind of outfit ! Manage to caught her today again to take picture! I think i'm getting abit too high nowadays cos i keep looking for pple to take photo with :)

so i shall say... hmm.... this is another outfit for our next performance ! LOL !

Regarding to this photo... hmmm.... the first two we took, Ms Nirmala say not nice... so i said "its because i didnt hug u thats why"... strangely... she loves this! but i dont ! i look like.... errrr.... so not natural... but still ok la ^^

Haha! this was taken after commercial class.. suppose to snap it in the classroom itself... However the minute we say we are taking picture, the whole class turn and stare at us! so paiseh sia... so we decided to 'try something new'.....

Overall, had a fun day today in school.. I wish i was this happy everyday!

i wanted a job so that i can get some money.. but i want to go band tmr.. this thing has been bothering me for quite some time.. cos i can only choose one... eventually i
choose band.. Strange thing is i did told my aunt abt it, she approve of me choosing
band. However, she's now blaming me for not getting a job and staying at home
almost everyday! i'm sooo tired of pretending that i got class everyday the last time i went to school everyday and she scolded me.. now i'm at home most of the time also she's scolding... u know its so hard to please pple sometimes..

10 days after my performance at esplanade would be the release of my results.... well... no comments....
24 more days to performance.. been practising Noah's Ark for days.. i still cant get it well enough! so disappoint with myself!

going for commercial class tmr to buy time....

another 5 more days to my first paper - criminal law... cant say i'm well prepared... maybe cn pull through.. did many problem questions few days ago.. shld b ok i guess.. nw jus have to work for my essay questions..

been doing public law for the past 2 days.. i got so bored getting those stuffs into my brain.. i find it so hard... thn one of my friend told me to relax... think it as an easy task instead of a tough one.. in other words, psycho myself la... i tried n at least i manage to get something into my head...

i need to work on common law soon... but for this week my main focus is on criminal law. intend to work hard for crime from sunday onwards - 3 days marathon! i dun wan to disppoint my lecturers..

although i keep failing for major exams.. but this time round i hv to try my very best..

received a video today.. was so touching.. it was on a guy with no legs and arms.. n yet, he is willing to try 100 times to get up if he falls.. i think i shld look towards him as a role model...

i believe i can do better this time!

for a spilt second... i really hated someone nw.. someone who used to be close to me.. but now.. no more... everytime i heard abt him borrowing money from my aunt to backup an outsider, i jus couldnt do anything to stop him... i know is selfish of me to think this way, but wat does an outsider got to do with the family? i dun care whether that person is living in our house anot, she's still an outside... don't bring her problems to us... i dun care whether she be alive or dead.. i really dun care..

was thinking whether i should join kim seng wind symphony band anot.. wanted to join outside band so much..practice on sundays.. but now the problem is my intensive revision period... even if i join, only 2 months... their next performance coming up in June, that is where my actual exam is.... argh!!!

~Busy Day~

went for band practice in the morning and rush off immediately after that to attend Ms Leong's wedding! I'm so happy for her ! hmm... time flies.. known her for abt 7 years liao...she looked really beautiful today=) On the other hand, its great that i manage to catch up with my old friends as well as teachers! i really miss them so much ! Mr yeo, Mr Seet, Mr Chee, Mrs Ng, Mrs Annie Ho, Ms Kwan, Ms Loo, as well as Mdm Ruzana! I miss her so much! Almost cried when i hugged her.. haiyooo.. i'm so tired... suppose to have contract law lecture and public law tutorial today.. but instead we really got a 'lecture' from Mr Muraalii cause of our Mocks.. He was asking us to think of suggestions to improve the result.. thn i tot we could have our tutorials but he took tt slot as well =.=.. discussing about the methods we came up with.. but seriously, halfway thru i really wanna fall asleep.. cause i really think is up to the individuals.. is really no point spending so much time talking abt it if pple are not motivated.... what a bored day today..

After class went lunch with huijia and then we decided to go to the library as huijia wanna search for law reports.. i cant.. the minute i open those bks i wanna sleep liao.. zzzz... then went out to meet Ms Jennifer after loitering in the library for awhile..i got soooo excited that i gave her a BIG HUG the minute i saw her! i've never hugged any of my tchrs before... it was very sweet.. i'll always treasure that moment.. had a short chat with her and she's always looking so happy that i don't feel like emo-ing infront of her.. she influence me!

After that realise that there's a possibility that today whole day will be on criminal law and i was like...zzzz... dun wan la... general defences i hven do yet and i'm afraid of Ms Jennifer when she's conducting lessons.. so scary...

tonight, die die have to finish general defences and searching for the facts and judgement for the contract law cases.......

went to school today to pass some things to my teachers and then went to little india with kayyathiri and Hui Jia.. quite fun la.. i bought stickers to put on the forehead de.. dunno hw to spell it la.. thn do henna on my hand... all was well when i got home..

sometimes i feel that maybe i should go part time next year.. to work and support myself so that i cn live in the school hostel.. i really cant stand it anymore..everything also cannot.. even a small little thing i have to ask your permission.. i'm just doing it out of respect ok, i dun have to.. please dun take advantage and think tat u can control me in everything....

O level exam started yesterday for science practical but i didnt go -.-'' kayyathiri, emiko, rachel, grace and sandral all ask me to go and just try the paper.. cos if i didnt turn up for practical, my whole science paper is considered as absent even if i attend the written paper. still thinking whether to go for the rest of the papers anot.. english confirm i'm going but i dun rmb anything about situational writing.. dunno what format... hope my essay question would be "the rule of law!" haha!!!!!! fat hope!

I wanted to laugh and i eventually laugh.. and the next thing i know is "all right, you all can go alrdy!" -.-''' was asking hui jia "what happen ar?" i thought he was going to give us a lecture or what but turn out the other way round...LOL!

Had a chat with Ms Jennifer at the garden after class..was actually having a lot of stuff in my mind.. even when sometimes i dun even know where should i start or i should just keep quiet..didnt disturb her for long as she had lots of work to be done..was just stoning at the garden after she left.. thinking and thinking....

wanting to learn how to play an oboe.. bt main problem is i dun not have an instrument.. difficult to learn.. i love oboe so much.. after oboe i might wanna pick up saxophone.. or even percussion instrument.. i love them so much! hmm.. maybe just jus concentrate on my flute, piccolo and piano ba.. need to buck up my piano skills ler... so lagging behind...

today got so piss off in the morning on my way to school in the train.. there's this 2 china gals came in at Braddell, i was leaning at e side near the door and they squeeze in.. the funny thing is, there's alot of space infront.. that one i dun care. but the problem is they can't balance themselves in the train, one holding to the other's bag. Think what? tu-tu-train hur? then one couldn't balance and step damn hard on my toes! seems like her whole weight is on me! AND she stil have the guts to turn over and look at me without saying sorry! i got so fed up.. since you cant balance, go hug the pole la.. there's so many pole available in the train to let u hug all you want..

Then, when i reach dhoby ghaut station, something came to my mind.. "oh! i'm fat la, cant move out with the "BIG" space u both given to me" and i "ACCIDENTALLY" knock into them while going out.. AND i turn back to look at them.. in my eyes, was trying to say "oops! i'm so sorry!" thats what u did to me just now.. i'm just paying back!

Anyway, during this morning's criminal lecture we were debating on whether how many law lords actually were sitting in Holley's case.. some say 9 and some say 12.. but actually i kind of remember that i wrote something like "9 out of 12 law lords....." i thought is 12? hmm.. we are still arguing about it after class between me, hui jia, emiko, kayyathiri and tracy.. but nothing comes out...zzzz...

Have extra class with Ms Jennifer after school today.. mainly is emiko's clique wanna clarify some things.. i just wan "kapo" :) but anyway, is good too cause i can refresh those stuff in my mind.. haiz.. today was fine i guess.. only feeling tired.. cos past few days i slept at 2 plus in the morning n woke up at 7 am.. alot of work to be done! today had time test for common law..zzz.. i had a very bad time management.. didnt finish the question within the time given.. guess i have to work alot on time management..

after class today, was with Hui Jia and Ms Jennifer for a short chat.. quite relaxing la for the day..After which we went our separate ways where Hui Jia got a date and me, as usual.. no date :( sob sob...

aiming to finish my both my criminal law essay by today or even better, the common law one as well.. so that i will have more time to read up on more from my study materials...heard that there will be mock exam..zzzz.. i'm worried.. the only thing i can do now is to 'ma mu' myself into studying and not get distracted for this period of time! i can do it! And i must do it!

having night class tmr conducted by one of the london examiner.. in between there's 5 hrs break! Hopefully i'm able to use this time to do more reading and writing of essays..

die.. i tot of sitting down and study today bt i didnt get what i read.. totally lost.. i dunno what am i suppose to do.. i cant afford to continue in this way..

i have a teacher in my school.. at first, the impression she gave me was tat she is an unfriendly teacher. As she says tat she will make us stay back if we are unable to answer her questions.

But eversince we ask her for help once.. she is the nicest of all. she teach us patiently but at the same time, emphasize tat we are not leaving the class until we get it clear! although this is what she said during the first day, but it seems alot different.. now i think tat she wants us to get clear of it. at the same time she dun wan to walk out of the class with our 'not convincing' face =)

After tat she still lead us to the library and show us the different sources of where we should start reading from.

me and my friends thought of losing in the next week competition so tat we no need to do anymore of those .. we will be free! but to our surprise.. this teacher gave us some reading to do.. if we manage to get into the next round, she will give us a break.. but if we do get out after the first round, she's gg to come looking for us for answers...

haha.. tat will be good also.. as i'm tat kind of pple wun do work =)

i'm happy tat i gt 2 supportive teachers stand by me all the time.. and i've promise them tat i will finish it no matter what difficulties i faced.. cos they will be very disappointed in me if i dun do well..

my new sch's lecturers are very fun people.. they are strict, bt yet fun... i enjoyed it alot. there are also many assignments to do.. sometimes cant complete on time.. plus u hv to be really up to date with the latest news around you.

having band competition tmr.. hope i cn finish my assignments on time.. if nt the lecturers are sure to strangle me!!!!!!!!!!

i now believe that happy moments does nt stay forever.. 2 days ago i was accepted by a law school.. was so happy.. and another thing which surprises me is my aunt finally allow me to take the course.. she also agreed on taking up a bank loan.. i was so happy.. it was the happiest moment of my life...

but gd thgs doesnt stay long.. i only hv a little chance of getting the bank loan approved.. as my family income was not up to their citeria.. i dunno what to do now... i really wan to get into law school.. i cant find another guarantor.. mostly pple who are nt related to you wun wan to be a guarantor.. i only hv one relative is is working n cn say is the highest pay among the rest.. which is my dad..

i was so looking forward to start sch next week... and.. this had to happen... why why why... am i really nt fate to study law... nw the only thing i wish for is the bank loan is approved.. or maybe miracle will happen.. maybe the school give me special entry.. aloowing me to pay instalments.. if not.. i guess my dreams is gone....

what i'm i suppose to do? i wan law.. i need alot of money to start this dream.. but i wan results as well.. i'm retaking O lvl this year.. but i really dun hv the confidence.. i dun think i cn make it.. i know i shldnt think this way. . bt lets face the facts..

if i start work now, i will be able to earn enough money to get to law school. that's the 21st birthday present i wanna give myself - to get into a law school. but.. if i go work, i'm sure to neglect my Os.. aiya!!!!!!!! i'm so confused now..

my aunt still doubt my ability to take law.. i cant count on her support.. i need to gain her trust.. in order to jus get 50% of her trust.. 1st step i must do is to pay for my own school fees.. the next 50% i guess is to show her how hard i'm going to work for it and get my examinations to pass with flying colours.

i remember someone told me, is good to aim high.. but i'm aiming till very "xin ku" ... Law is the only thing that i wish for now.. if i were to give up, i really dunno which area i shld concentrate on.. a failure in music, a failure in academic, a failure in work and a failure in friendship..

i soon to realise that law is nt a cheap cost.. even the materials cost over 1k for each !!!!!!!!!!!!! it is way beyond my limit..

hw i wish they day will come n stay there forever.. i dun wan to leave you.. i really gt alot of things to tell u.. bt i know it is impossible to ask the time to stay there.. i jus hope i really treasure the last time with you..

today as usual.. SLACK again!!!!!!!! i have many things to tell you... should i appy for diploma in business management in MDIS ? two reasons..
1) i dun wanna work now, dun feel like gg to work ,
2) because there is a business law module in it.

but, if i go apply, i dun hv enough to pay the full amount.. which means to say i need my aunt's help.. or shld i listen to my friend and jus concentrate of what i really want ?

my fren was telling me that since i wan law, i shld jus concentrate working towards that goal.. as he said i might need more money other thn course fee to buy those formal wear for lessons/presentations. i somehow agree with him.. jus cant wait for me to wear those in class.. so looking forward.. i hope next year faster come..

or do u suggest i go work after O levels? earn more money for my law course.. i wanna go overseas to study so that i cn be admit as an Advocate & Solicitor of The Singapore Supreme Court. Best place for law is UK.. but UK fees and living expenses is very expensive..maybe is abt 40-50K per year? need to study at lest 4 yrs there.. and is abt 200k.. dunno in my life i hv this kind of money anot..
